Deuteronomy 27:17

Cursed [be] he that removeth his neighbour's landmark
Removes it backward, and steals ground, as Jarchi explains it; this is commonly done secretly; see ( Deuteronomy 19:14 ) ; and all the people shall say Amen; (See Gill on Deuteronomy 27:15); (See Gill on Deuteronomy 27:16).

17 “‘Cursed be anyone who moves his neighbor’s landmark. ’ And all the people shall say, ‘Amen. ’
