Mark 14:59

But, neither so did their witness agree together.
] Their witness did agree together, for they both witnessed the same thing; but not so as to found upon it the charge of a capital crime against him; their witness was not so, (ish) , "equal", was not answerable to their desires, nor sufficient to convict him of a capital crime, for which they could condemn him to death, as before observed on ( Mark 14:56 ) .

Mark 14:59 In-Context

57 And some stood up and bore false witness against him, saying,
58 ā€œWe heard him say, ā€˜I will destroy this temple that is made with hands, and in three days I will build another, not made with hands. ā€™ā€
59 Yet even about this their testimony did not agree.
60 And the high priest stood up in the midst and asked Jesus, ā€œHave you no answer to make? What is it that these men testify against you? ā€
61 But he remained silent and made no answer. Again the high priest asked him, ā€œAre you the Christ, the Son of the Blessed? ā€
