1 Chronicles 4:24

The sons of Simeon
The account of whom, next to the tribe of Judah, is given before Reuben, because its inheritance lay in the tribe of Judah, ( Joshua 19:1 ) his sons were Nemuel, the same with Jemuel, ( Genesis 46:10 )

and Jamin, Jarib, Zerah, and Shaul;
who, in the place referred to, is said to be the son of a Canaanitish woman; and Jarib and Zerah are the same with Jachin and Zohar there: and Obed is here omitted, it may be because he died without issue; see ( Numbers 26:12 Numbers 26:13 ) .

23 Essi furono vasellai; ed uomini che stavano ne’ giardini e ne’ parchi; e dimorarono quivi appresso del re per fare il suo lavoro.

24 I FIGLIUOLI di Simeone furono Nemuel, e Iamin, Iarib, Zera e Saulle;

25 di cui fu figliuolo Sallum di cui fu figliuolo Mibsam, di cui fu figliuolo Misma.

26 E il figliuolo di Misma fu Hamuel, di cui fu figliuolo Zaccur, di cui fu figliuolo Simi.
