20 E il rimanente degl’Israeliti, de’ sacerdoti, e de’ Leviti, abitò per tutte le città di Giuda, ciascuno nella sua possessione.

Nehemiah 11:20

And the residue of Israel, of the priests and the Levites,
&c.]. All of them, besides those that dwelt at Jerusalem: were

in all the cities of Judah, everyone in his inheritance;
the Israelites in the cities, houses, and estates enjoyed by their ancestors, and the priests and Levites in the cities given out of the several tribes.

19 E de’ portinai: Accub, Talmon, co’ lor fratelli, che facevano la guardia alle porte; in numero di censettantadue.

20 E il rimanente degl’Israeliti, de’ sacerdoti, e de’ Leviti, abitò per tutte le città di Giuda, ciascuno nella sua possessione.

21 Ma i Netinei abitarono in Ofel; e Siha, e Ghispa, erano sopra i Netinei.

22 E colui che avea la soprantendenza sopra i Leviti, in Gerusalemme, era Uzzi, figliuolo di Bani, figliuolo di Hasabia, figliuolo di Mattania, figliuolo di Mica. E i cantori, de’ figliuoli di Asaf, doveano esser del continuo presenti all’opera della Casa di Dio.
