Zechariah 2:7

Deliver thyself, O Zion
Or make thy escape, you that belong to Mount Zion, the city of the living God, and ought to have your abode there, and not in Babylon: flee from thence, that dwelleth [with] the daughter of Babylon;
in any of the antichristian states, who are the daughters of Babylon, the mother of harlots, ( Revelation 17:5 ) so it may be rendered, "that inhabits the daughter of Babylon" ^F11; dwells in any of the cities, towns, and villages, belonging to it.

5 Ed io le sarò, dice il Signore, un muro di fuoco d’intorno, e sarò per gloria in mezzo di lei.

6 Oh! oh! fuggite dal paese di Settentrione, dice il Signore; perciocchè io vi ho sparsi per li quattro venti del cielo, dice il Signore.

7 O Sion, scampa; tu, che abiti con la figliuola di Babilonia.

8 Perciocchè, così ha detto il Signor degli eserciti: Dietro alla gloria! Egli mi ha mandato contro alle genti che vi hanno spogliati; perciocchè chi vi tocca, tocca la pupilla dell’occhio suo.

9 Perciocchè, ecco, io levo la mano contro a loro, ed esse saranno in preda a’ lor servi; e voi conoscerete che il Signor degli eserciti mi ha mandato.
