18 Los hijos de Rubén, y de Gad, y la media tribu de Manasés, hombres valientes, hombres que traían escudo y espada, que entesaban arco, y diestros en la guerra, cuarenta y cuatro mil setecientos sesenta que salían a batalla

1 Chronicles 5:18

The sons of Reuben, and the Gadites, and half the tribe of
Manasseh
These all joined together, living together on the one side of Jordan:

of valiant men, men able to bear buckler and sword, and to shoot with
bow, and skilful in war;
strong able bodied men; and not only able to bear and carry arms, sword in one hand, and shield in another; but were men of valour and courage, and had military skill, and knew how to handle their arms to advantage:

[were] four and forty thousand seven hundred and threescore, that went
out to the war:
that used to go out when there was occasion, and did at this time.

16 Los cuales habitaron en Galaad, en Basán, y en sus aldeas, y en todos los ejidos de Sarón hasta salir de ellos

17 Todos éstos fueron contados por sus generaciones en días de Jotam rey de Judá, y en días de Jeroboam rey de Israel

19 Y tuvieron guerra con los agarenos, Jetur, Nafis, y Nodab

20 Y fueron ayudados contra ellos, y los agarenos se dieron en sus manos, y todos los que con ellos estaban; porque clamaron a Dios en la guerra, y les fue favorable, porque esperaron en él
