1 Kings 16:13

For all the sins of Baasha, and the sins of Elah his son
By which it appears that the son trod in the steps of his father, and was therefore cut off:

by which they sinned, and by which they made Israel to sin, in
provoking the Lord God of Israel to anger with their vanities;
their idols, which had nothing in them, and cannot be of any service to their worshippers; and to serve such, and neglect the worship of the true God, and draw others into the same iniquity, must be very provoking to the most High.

11 Y luego que llegó a reinar y estuvo sentado en su trono, hirió toda la casa de Baasa, sin dejar en ella meante a la pared, ni sus parientes {Heb. redentores} ni amigos

12 Así rayó Zimri toda la casa de Baasa, conforme a la palabra del SEÑOR, que había hablado contra Baasa por medio del profeta Jehú

13 por todos los pecados de Baasa, y los pecados de Ela su hijo, con que ellos pecaron e hicieron que Israel pecara, provocando a enojo al SEÑOR Dios de Israel con sus vanidades
