2 Chronicles 14:10

Then Asa went out against him
Notwithstanding he brought so great an army with him:

and they set the battle in array in the valley of Zephathah at
Mareshah;
where the Ethiopians were; he did not stay till they got further into his country, but marched against them when on the frontiers of it, and chose the valley to pitch in, as being more to the advantage of his smaller army; see ( Judges 1:17 ) .

8 Tuvo también Asa ejército que traía escudos y lanzas; de Judá trescientos mil, y de Benjamín doscientos ochenta mil que traían escudos y flechaban arcos; todos hombres diestros

9 Y salió contra ellos Zera, el etíope con un ejército de mil millares, y trescientos carros; y vino hasta Maresa

10 Pero Asa salió contra él, y ordenaron la batalla en el valle de Sefata junto a Maresa

11 Y clamó Asa al SEÑOR su Dios, y dijo: SEÑOR, no tienes tú más con el grande que con el que ninguna fuerza tiene, para dar ayuda. Ayúdanos, oh SEÑOR Dios nuestro, porque en ti nos apoyamos, y en tu Nombre venimos contra este ejército. Oh SEÑOR, tú eres nuestro Dios; no prevalezca contra ti el hombre

12 Y el SEÑOR deshizo a los etíopes delante de Asa y delante de Judá; y huyeron los etíopes
