33 Mas el SEÑOR nuestro Dios lo entregó delante de nosotros; y lo herimos a él y a sus hijos, y a todo su pueblo

Deuteronomy 2:33

And the Lord our God delivered him before us
With their lands:

and we smote him and his sons, and all his people;
with the edge of the sword; slew them all: the Cetib or textual reading is "his son", though the Keri or margin is "his sons", which we follow. So Jarchi observes, it is written "his son", because he had a son mighty as himself, he says.

31 Y me dijo el SEÑOR: Mira, ya he comenzado a dar delante de ti a Sehón y a su tierra; comienza, toma posesión, para que heredes su tierra

32 Y nos salió Sehón al encuentro, él y todo su pueblo, para pelear en Jahaza

33 Mas el SEÑOR nuestro Dios lo entregó delante de nosotros; y lo herimos a él y a sus hijos, y a todo su pueblo

34 Y tomamos entonces todas sus ciudades, y destruimos todas las ciudades, hombres, y mujeres, y niños; no dejamos ninguno

35 Solamente tomamos para nosotros las bestias, y los despojos de las ciudades que habíamos tomado
