30 Cuando estuviereis en angustia, y te alcanzaren todas estas cosas, si en los postreros días te volvieres al SEÑOR tu Dios, y oyeres su voz

Deuteronomy 4:30

When thou art in tribulation
In a strange land, in the power of a foreign enemy, and used ill:

and all these things are come upon thee;
captivity, thraldom, hard labour, and want of the necessaries of life:

[even] in the latter days:
in their present captivity for the rejection of the Messiah:

if thou turn to the Lord thy God;
as the Jews will when they are converted and brought to a sense of their sin, and of their need of Christ, and seek to him as their Saviour, as they will do in the latter day, ( Hosea 3:5 ) ( 2 Corinthians 3:16 )

and shall be obedient unto his voice;
not of the law only, but of the Gospel also, proclaiming peace, pardon, righteousness, and salvation by him whom they have pierced.

28 Y serviréis allí a dioses hechos por manos de hombres, de madera y de piedra, que no ven, ni oyen, ni comen, ni huelen

29 Mas si desde allí buscares al SEÑOR tu Dios, lo hallarás; si lo buscares de todo tu corazón y de toda tu alma

30 Cuando estuviereis en angustia, y te alcanzaren todas estas cosas, si en los postreros días te volvieres al SEÑOR tu Dios, y oyeres su voz

31 (porque Dios misericordioso es el SEÑOR tu Dios); no te dejará, ni te destruirá, ni se olvidará del pacto de tus padres que él les juró

32 Pregunta, pues, ahora de los tiempos pasados, que han sido antes de ti, desde el día que creó Dios al hombre sobre la tierra, y pregunta desde un extremo del cielo al otro, si se ha hecho cosa semejante a esta gran cosa, o se haya oído otra como ella
