Ezekiel 2:7

And thou shall speak my words unto them
Not his own words, but those the Lord should put into his mouth. The Targum is,

``and thou shall prophesy the words of my prophecy unto them:''

whether they will hear, or whether they will forbear;
(See Gill on Ezekiel 2:5); for they are most rebellious;
or "rebellion" ^F3 itself; as the carnal mind is said to be "enmity" itself against God, ( Romans 8:7 ) ; which aggravates their character and state.

6 Y tú, hijo de hombre, no temas de ellos, ni tengas miedo de sus palabras, porque son rebeldes; aunque te hallas entre espinas, y tú moras con abrojos, no tengas miedo de sus palabras, ni temas delante de ellos, porque son casa rebelde

8 Mas tú, hijo de hombre, oye lo que yo te hablo: No seas tú rebelde como la casa rebelde; abre tu boca, y come lo que yo te doy

9 Y miré, y he aquí una mano me fue enviada, y en ella había un rollo de libro
