Acts 11:7

And I heard a voice saying unto me
As he apprehended in his mind; and this voice he heard in the same sense and manner, as the Apostle Paul heard when in a trance, ( Acts 22:17 Acts 22:18 ) ( 2 Corinthians 12:4 ) .

arise, Peter, slay and eat;
that is, get up and slay some of these creatures upon the sheet, and dress them and eat them.

5 Estaba yo en la ciudad de Jope orando, y vi en rapto de entendimiento una visión: un vaso, como un gran lienzo, que descendía, que por los cuatro cabos era bajado del cielo, y venía hasta mí

6 En el cual cuando puse los ojos, consideré y vi animales terrestres de cuatro pies, y bestias fieras, y reptiles, y aves del cielo

7 Y oí una voz que me decía: Levántate, Pedro, mata y come

8 Y dije: Señor, no; porque ninguna cosa común o inmunda entró jamás en mi boca

9 Entonces la voz me respondió del cielo la segunda vez: Lo que Dios limpió, no lo ensucies tú
