23 Y saliendo a ellos el varón, el señor de la casa, les dijo: No, hermanos míos, os ruego que no cometáis este mal, pues que este hombre ha entrado en mi casa, no hagáis esta locura

Judges 19:23

And the man, the master of the house, went out unto them
Opened the door, and went out to converse with them, and talked them after this manner:

and said unto them, nay, my brethren, nay, I pray you, do not so
wickedly;
it is plain he understood them in such sense, that they meant not bare knowledge of the man, as who he was but to commit wickedness the most abominable; so great, that it cannot be well said how great it is; and to dissuade from it, he uses the most tender language, and the most earnest entreaties:

seeing this man is come into my house, do not this folly;
he argues from the law of hospitality, which ought not to be infringed; a man being obliged to protect a stranger under his roof; and from the nature of the crime, which was folly, stupidity, and what was abominable to the last degree.

22 Y cuando estaban alegrando sus corazones, he aquí, que los hombres de aquella ciudad, que eran hombres hijos de Belial, cercaron la casa, y golpearon las puertas, diciendo al hombre viejo señor de la casa: Saca fuera el hombre que ha entrado en tu casa, para que le conozcamos

24 He aquí mi hija virgen, y la concubina de él; yo os las sacaré ahora; humilladlas, y haced con ellas como os pareciere, mas con este hombre no cometáis esta locura tan infame

25 Mas aquellos hombres no le quisieron oír; por lo que tomando aquel hombre su concubina, se la sacó fuera; y ellos la conocieron, y abusaron de ella toda la noche hasta la mañana, y la dejaron cuando apuntaba el alba
