32 Ni tampoco tomaréis rescate del que huyó a su ciudad de refugio, para que vuelva a vivir en su tierra, hasta que muera el sacerdote

Numbers 35:32

Moreover, ye shall take no satisfaction for him that is fled
to the city of his refuge
Though for killing a man unawares:

that he should come again to dwell in the land, until the death of the
priest;
the high priest; such a man's liberty was not to be purchased with money, nor even his life to be bought off, should he be taken without his city; a great ransom could not deliver him from the avenger, because he was guilty of this law, which so wisely and mercifully provided for him; and consequently guilty also of great ingratitude to God, as well as of a breach of his law, and of disrespect to his high priest, under whom he was protected.

30 Cualquiera que hiriere a alguno, por dicho de testigos, morirá el homicida; mas un solo testigo no hablará contra alguna persona para que muera

31 Y no tomaréis rescate por la vida del homicida; porque está condenado a muerte; mas indefectiblemente morirá

32 Ni tampoco tomaréis rescate del que huyó a su ciudad de refugio, para que vuelva a vivir en su tierra, hasta que muera el sacerdote

33 Y no contaminaréis la tierra donde estuviereis; porque esta sangre contaminará la tierra; y la tierra no será reconciliada de la sangre que fue derramada en ella, sino por la sangre del que la derramó

34 No contaminéis, pues, la tierra donde habitáis, en medio de la cual yo habito; porque yo el SEÑOR habito en medio de los hijos de Israel
