Isaiah 37:15

And Hezekiah prayed unto the Lord, saying.
] He did not return railing for railing, but committed himself and his cause to him that judgeth righteously; he did not write an answer to the letter himself, but lays it before the Lord, and prays him to answer it, who was most principally reflected on in it.

16 HERR Zebaoth, du Gott Israels, der du allein über dem Cherubim sitzest, du bist allein Gott über alle Königreiche auf Erden, du hast Himmel und Erde gemacht.

17 HERR neige deine Ohren und höre doch; HERR, tue deine Augen auf und siehe doch; höre doch alle die Worte Sanheribs, die er gesandt hat, zu schmähen den lebendigen Gott.
