Proverbs 2:15

15 Traveling paths that go nowhere, wandering in a maze of detours and dead ends.

Proverbs 2:15 Meaning and Commentary

Proverbs 2:15

Whose ways [are] crooked
Which swerve from and are not agreeably to the rule of the divine word, either the law of God or the Gospel of Christ; sin is an aberration, a straying from the rule of God's word, a transgression of his law; and a walk in it is unbecoming the Gospel of Christ; it has many serpentine windings and turnings in it; full of distortions and excursions, and many retrograde actions; see ( Psalms 125:5 ) ( Isaiah 59:8 ) ; and [they] froward in their paths;
declining here and there, sometimes going one way and sometimes another, but always following that which is evil, and resolute to continue therein.

Proverbs 2:15 In-Context

13 Of those who are lost themselves and can't tell a trail from a tumbleweed,
14 These losers who make a game of evil and throw parties to celebrate perversity,
15 Traveling paths that go nowhere, wandering in a maze of detours and dead ends.
16 Wise friends will rescue you from the Temptress - that smooth-talking Seductress
17 Who's faithless to the husband she married years ago, never gave a second thought to her promises before God.
