SoPeterseeing him said to Jesus, "Lord, and what about thisman?"

Jesussaid to him, "If I want him to remain6until I come, what is that to you? You 7follow Me!"

Thereforethissayingwent out among8the brethren that that disciple would not die; yetJesus did not say to him that he would not die, but only, "If I want him to remain9until I come, what is that to you?"

This is the disciple who 10is testifying to thesethings and wrotethesethings, and we know that his testimony is true.
