Young's Literal Translation
'I will bring you to the land which I swore to give to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and I will give it to you for a possession; I am the LORD .' "
So Moses stretched out his staff over the land of Egypt, and the LORD directed an east wind on the land all that day and all that night; and when it was morning, the east wind brought the locusts.
"Now therefore, please forgive my sin only this once, and make supplication to the LORD your God, that He would only remove this death from me."
So the LORD shifted the wind to a very strong west wind which took up the locusts and drove them into the Red Sea; not one locust was left in all the territory of Egypt.
So the people took their dough before it was leavened, with their kneading bowls bound up in the clothes on their shoulders.
As Pharaoh drew near, the sons of Israel looked , and behold, the Egyptians were marching after them, and they became very frightened; so the sons of Israel cried out to the LORD .
"Let them judge the people at all times; and let it be that every major dispute they will bring to you, but every minor dispute they themselves will judge. So it will be easier for you, and they will bear the burden with you.
'You yourselves have seen what I did to the Egyptians, and how I bore you on eagles' wings, and brought you to Myself.
"You shall not take the name of the LORD your God in vain, for the LORD will not leave him unpunished who takes His name in vain.
"You shall not bear a false report; do not join your hand with a wicked man to be a malicious witness.
"Be on your guard before him and obey his voice; do not be rebellious toward him, for he will not pardon your transgression, since My name is in him
"You shall put the poles into the rings on the sides of the ark, to carry the ark with them.
"The rings shall be close to the rim as holders for the poles to carry the table.
"You shall make the poles of acacia wood and overlay them with gold, so that with them the table may be carried.
"Its poles shall be inserted into the rings, so that the poles shall be on the two sides of the altar when it is carried.
"You shall put the two stones on the shoulder pieces of the ephod, as stones of memorial for the sons of Israel, and Aaron shall bear their names before the LORD on his two shoulders for a memorial.
"Aaron shall carry the names of the sons of Israel in the breastpiece of judgment over his heart when he enters the holy place, for a memorial before the LORD continually.
"You shall put in the breastpiece of judgment the Urim and the Thummim, and they shall be over Aaron's heart when he goes in before the LORD ; and Aaron shall carry the judgment of the sons of Israel over his heart before the LORD continually.
"It shall be on Aaron's forehead, and Aaron shall take away the iniquity of the holy things which the sons of Israel consecrate, with regard to all their holy gifts; and it shall always be on his forehead, that they may be accepted before the LORD .
"They shall be on Aaron and on his sons when they enter the tent of meeting, or when they approach the altar to minister in the holy place, so that they do not incur guilt and die. It shall be a statute forever to him and to his descendants after him.
"You shall make two gold rings for it under its molding; you shall make them on its two side walls -on opposite sides -and they shall be holders for poles with which to carry it.
"When you take a census of the sons of Israel to number them, then each one of them shall give a ransom for himself to the LORD , when you number them, so that there will be no plague among them when you number them.
"But now, if You will, forgive their sin -and if not, please blot me out from Your book which You have written!"
who keeps lovingkindness for thousands, who forgives iniquity, transgression and sin; yet He will by no means leave the guilty unpunished, visiting the iniquity of fathers on the children and on the grandchildren to the third and fourth generations."
Everyone whose heart stirred him and everyone whose spirit moved him came and brought the LORD'S contribution for the work of the tent of meeting and for all its service and for the holy garments.
All the women whose heart stirred with a skill spun the goats' hair.
Then Moses called Bezalel and Oholiab and every skillful person in whom the LORD had put skill, everyone whose heart stirred him, to come to the work to perform it.
He put the poles into the rings on the sides of the ark, to carry it.
Close by the rim were the rings, the holders for the poles to carry the table.
He made the poles of acacia wood and overlaid them with gold, to carry the table.
He made two golden rings for it under its molding, on its two sides -on opposite sides -as holders for poles with which to carry it.
He inserted the poles into the rings on the sides of the altar, with which to carry it. He made it hollow with planks.
