7 You have put gladness in my heart, More than when their grain and new wine abound.
9 O let the evil of the wicked come to an end, but establish the righteous; For the righteous God tries the hearts and minds. 10 My shield is with God, Who saves the upright in heart.
1 I will give thanks to the LORD with all my heart; I will tell of all Your wonders.
6 He says to himself, "I will not be moved; Throughout all generations I will not be in adversity."
11 He says to himself, "God has forgotten; He has hidden His face; He will never see it."
13 Why has the wicked spurned God? He has said to himself, "You will not require it."
17 O LORD , You have heard the desire of the humble; You will strengthen their heart, You will incline Your ear
2 For, behold, the wicked bend the bow, They make ready their arrow upon the string To shoot in darkness at the upright in heart.
2 They speak falsehood to one another; With flattering lips and with a double heart they speak.
5 But I have trusted in Your lovingkindness; My heart shall rejoice in Your salvation.
1 The fool has said in his heart, "There is no God." They are corrupt, they have committed abominable deeds; There is no one who does good.
9 Therefore my heart is glad and my glory rejoices; My flesh also will dwell securely.
3 You have tried my heart; You have visited me by night; You have tested me and You find nothing; I have purposed that my mouth will not transgress.
8 The precepts of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart; The commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes.
14 Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart Be acceptable in Your sight, O LORD , my rock and my Redeemer.
2 You have given him his heart's desire, And You have not withheld the request of his lips. Selah.
14 I am poured out like water, And all my bones are out of joint; My heart is like wax; It is melted within me.
2 Examine me, O LORD , and try me; Test my mind and my heart.
3 Though a host encamp against me, My heart will not fear; Though war arise against me, In spite of this I shall be confident.
8 When You said, "Seek My face," my heart said to You, "Your face, O LORD , I shall seek."
14 Wait for the LORD ; Be strong and let your heart take courage; Yes, wait for the LORD .
7 The LORD is my strength and my shield; My heart trusts in Him, and I am helped; Therefore my heart exults, And with my song I shall thank Him.
12 I am forgotten as a dead man, out of mind; I am like a broken vessel.
11 Be glad in the LORD and rejoice, you righteous ones; And shout for joy, all you who are upright in heart.
11 The counsel of the LORD stands forever, The plans of His heart from generation to generation.
15 He who fashions the hearts of them all, He who understands all their works.
21 For our heart rejoices in Him, Because we trust in His holy name.
18 The LORD is near to the brokenhearted And saves those who are crushed in spirit.
25 Do not let them say in their heart, "Aha, our desire!" Do not let them say, "We have swallowed him up!"
1 Transgression speaks to the ungodly within his heart; There is no fear of God before his eyes.
10 O continue Your lovingkindness to those who know You, And Your righteousness to the upright in heart.
4 Delight yourself in the LORD ; And He will give you the desires of your heart.
15 Their sword will enter their own heart, And their bows will be broken.
31 The law of his God is in his heart; His steps do not slip.
8 I am benumbed and badly crushed; I groan because of the agitation of my heart.
10 My heart throbs, my strength fails me; And the light of my eyes, even that has gone from me.
3 My heart was hot within me, While I was musing the fire burned; Then I spoke with my tongue:
10 I have not hidden Your righteousness within my heart; I have spoken of Your faithfulness and Your salvation; I have not concealed Your lovingkindness and Your truth from the great congregation.
12 For evils beyond number have surrounded me; My iniquities have overtaken me, so that I am not able to see; They are more numerous than the hairs of my head, And my heart has failed me.
6 And when he comes to see me, he speaks falsehood; His heart gathers wickedness to itself; When he goes outside, he tells it.
18 Our heart has not turned back, And our steps have not deviated from Your way,
21 Would not God find this out? For He knows the secrets of the heart.
1 My heart overflows with a good theme; I address my verses to the King; My tongue is the pen of a ready writer.
5 Your arrows are sharp; The peoples fall under You; Your arrows are in the heart of the King's enemies.
2 Therefore we will not fear, though the earth should change And though the mountains slip into the heart of the sea;
13 Consider her ramparts; Go through her palaces, That you may tell it to the next generation.
3 My mouth will speak wisdom, And the meditation of my heart will be understanding.
10 Create in me a clean heart, O God, And renew a steadfast spirit within me.
17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; A broken and a contrite heart, O God, You will not despise.
1 The fool has said in his heart, "There is no God," They are corrupt, and have committed abominable injustice; There is no one who does good.
4 My heart is in anguish within me, And the terrors of death have fallen upon me.
21 His speech was smoother than butter, But his heart was war; His words were softer than oil, Yet they were drawn swords.
7 My heart is steadfast, O God, my heart is steadfast; I will sing, yes, I will sing praises!
2 No, in heart you work unrighteousness; On earth you weigh out the violence of your hands.
2 From the end of the earth I call to You when my heart is faint; Lead me to the rock that is higher than I.
10 Do not trust in oppression And do not vainly hope in robbery; If riches increase, do not set your heart upon them.
6 They devise injustices, saying, "We are ready with a well-conceived plot "; For the inward thought and the heart of a man are deep.
10 The righteous man will be glad in the LORD and will take refuge in Him; And all the upright in heart will glory.
18 If I regard wickedness in my heart, The Lord will not hear;
20 Reproach has broken my heart and I am so sick. And I looked for sympathy, but there was none, And for comforters, but I found none.
8 They said in their heart, "Let us completely subdue them." They have burned all the meeting places of God in the land.
5 The stouthearted were plundered, They sank into sleep; And none of the warriors could use his hands.
8 And not be like their fathers, A stubborn and rebellious generation, A generation that did not prepare its heart And whose spirit was not faithful to God.
37 For their heart was not steadfast toward Him, Nor were they faithful in His covenant.
12 "So I gave them over to the stubbornness of their heart, To walk in their own devices.
5 For they have conspired together with one mind; Against You they make a covenant:
2 My soul longed and even yearned for the courts of the LORD ; My heart and my flesh sing for joy to the living God.
15 For judgment will again be righteous, And all the upright in heart will follow it.
11 Light is sown like seed for the righteous And gladness for the upright in heart.
4 My heart has been smitten like grass and has withered away, Indeed, I forget to eat my bread.
3 Glory in His holy name; Let the heart of those who seek the LORD be glad.
25 He turned their heart to hate His people, To deal craftily with His servants.
12 Therefore He humbled their heart with labor; They stumbled and there was none to help.
1 My heart is steadfast, O God; I will sing, I will sing praises, even with my soul.
22 For I am afflicted and needy, And my heart is wounded within me.
7 He will not fear evil tidings; His heart is steadfast, trusting in the LORD . 8 His heart is upheld, he will not fear, Until he looks with satisfaction on his adversaries.
2 How blessed are those who observe His testimonies, Who seek Him with all their heart.
10 With all my heart I have sought You; Do not let me wander from Your commandments. 11 Your word I have treasured in my heart, That I may not sin against You.
32 I shall run the way of Your commandments, For You will enlarge my heart. He.
34 Give me understanding, that I may observe Your law And keep it with all my heart.
36 Incline my heart to Your testimonies And not to dishonest gain.
58 I sought Your favor with all my heart; Be gracious to me according to Your word.
69 The arrogant have forged a lie against me; With all my heart I will observe Your precepts. 70 Their heart is covered with fat, But I delight in Your law.
80 May my heart be blameless in Your statutes, So that I will not be ashamed. Kaph.
111 I have inherited Your testimonies forever, For they are the joy of my heart. 112 I have inclined my heart to perform Your statutes Forever, even to the end. Samekh.
145 I cried with all my heart; answer me, O LORD ! I will observe Your statutes.
161 Princes persecute me without cause, But my heart stands in awe of Your words.
4 Do good, O LORD , to those who are good And to those who are upright in their hearts.
1 O LORD , my heart is not proud, nor my eyes haughty; Nor do I involve myself in great matters, Or in things too difficult for me.
1 I will give You thanks with all my heart; I will sing praises to You before the gods.
2 Who devise evil things in their hearts; They continually stir up wars.
4 Do not incline my heart to any evil thing, To practice deeds of wickedness With men who do iniquity; And do not let me eat of their delicacies.
4 Therefore my spirit is overwhelmed within me; My heart is appalled within me.
3 He heals the brokenhearted And binds up their wounds.
