Ezra 8:20

Also of the Nethinims, whom David and the princes had
appointed for the service of the Levites
To wait upon them, and minister to them, as they did to the priests; some think those were the same with the Gibeonites, whom Joshua gave to the service of the sanctuary, and David confirmed; but others are of opinion these were different from them, and an addition to them:

two hundred and twenty Nethinims: all of them were expressed by
name;
in the history that Iddo sent of them to Ezra; and so the names of the Levites, though not here expressed, only the names of those they came with.

18 Como la bondadosa mano de nuestro Dios estaba sobre nosotros, nos enviaron a un hombre llamado Serebías junto con dieciocho de sus hijos y hermanos. Serebías era muy sagaz, un descendiente de Mahli, quien era descendiente de Leví, hijo de Israel.

19 También enviaron a Hasabías junto con Jesaías, de los descendientes de Merari, a veinte de sus hijos y hermanos,

21 Allí, junto al canal de Ahava, di órdenes de que todos ayunáramos y nos humilláramos ante nuestro Dios. En oración le pedimos a Dios que nos diera un buen viaje y nos protegiera en el camino tanto a nosotros como a nuestros hijos y nuestros bienes.

22 Pues me dio vergüenza pedirle al rey soldados y jinetes
que nos acompañaran y nos protegieran de los enemigos durante el viaje. Después de todo, ya le habíamos dicho al rey que «la mano protectora de nuestro Dios está sobre todos los que lo adoran, pero su enojo feroz se desata contra quienes lo abandonan».
