8 El Señor
le dijo a Moisés:
—Si no te creen ni se convencen con la primera señal milagrosa, se convencerán con la segunda.

Exodus 4:8

And it shall come to pass, if they will not believe thee
Will not give credit to the commission he had from God, but question the truth of it: neither hearken to the voice of the first sign;
which miracle wrought, spoke plain enough that he that wrought it, or for whose sake it was wrought, must be one come from God, or such a miracle would never be wrought by him or for him; but should any of the Israelites be still incredulous, it is supposed, that they will believe the voice of the latter sign;
which had a voice in it commanding belief that he was a messenger of God; the first sign respects his rod, the other his hand.

6 Luego el Señor
le dijo a Moisés:
—Ahora mete la mano dentro de tu manto.
Entonces Moisés metió la mano dentro de su manto, y cuando la sacó, la mano estaba blanca como la nieve, afectada por una grave enfermedad de la piel.

7 —Ahora vuelve a meter la mano dentro de tu manto —le dijo el Señor
.
Así que Moisés metió la mano de nuevo, y cuando la sacó, estaba tan sana como el resto de su cuerpo.

8 El Señor
le dijo a Moisés:
—Si no te creen ni se convencen con la primera señal milagrosa, se convencerán con la segunda.

9 Y si no te creen ni te escuchan aun después de estas dos señales, entonces recoge un poco de agua del río Nilo y derrámala sobre el suelo seco. En cuanto lo hagas, el agua del Nilo se convertirá en sangre sobre el suelo.

10 Pero Moisés rogó al Señor
:
—Oh Señor, no tengo facilidad de palabra; nunca la tuve, ni siquiera ahora que tú me has hablado. Se me traba la lengua y se me enredan las palabras.
