Ezekiel 40:40

And at the side without, as one goeth up to the entry of the
north gate, were two tables
Or, "the door of the north gate" ^F16; not the first, upon coming up the eight steps; but passing through that gate, and along the porch where the three little chambers and the two tables on each side were, before mentioned; and coming to the inmost gate, which opens directly into the inward court, on the outside of that towards the altar, were two other tables, for the same use as before: and on the other side, which was at the porch of the gate, were two
tables;
there were two on one side of the gate, and two on the other, that is, the last gate of the porch, in all eight tables; four within the spaces between the little chambers in the porch, and four as you come out of it, on each side of the last gate.

38 Habitaciones para preparar los sacrificios
En la antesala de una de las entradas interiores, había una puerta que conducía a una habitación lateral donde se lavaba la carne para los sacrificios.

39 A cada lado de esta antesala había dos mesas, en las cuales se mataban los animales sacrificiales para las ofrendas quemadas, las ofrendas por el pecado y las ofrendas por la culpa.

40 Afuera de la antesala, a cada lado de la escalera que subía hacia la puerta norte, había dos mesas más.

41 De modo que había en total ocho mesas —cuatro adentro y cuatro afuera— donde se cortaban y preparaban los sacrificios.

42 También había cuatro mesas de piedra labrada, que se usaban para preparar las ofrendas quemadas; cada una formaba un cuadrado de ochenta centímetros de lado y cincuenta y tres centímetros de alto.
Sobre esas mesas se colocaban los cuchillos y demás utensilios para matar a los animales del sacrificio.
