15 Entonces el faraón le dijo:
—Anoche tuve un sueño, y nadie aquí puede decirme lo que significa; pero me enteré de que cuando tú oyes un sueño puedes interpretarlo.

Genesis 41:15

And Pharaoh said unto Joseph
, Immediately, upon his being introduced to him: I have dreamed a dream, and [there] is none that can interpret it;
that he could yet meet with; none of his magicians or wise men, who made great pretensions to skill in such matters: and I have heard say of thee, [that] thou canst understand a dream to
interpret it;
it had been reported to him, particularly by the chief butler, that when he heard a dream told him, he had such knowledge and understanding, that he could interpret it, tell the meaning of it, what it portended, and what would be the events signified by it.

13 Y todo sucedió tal como él lo había predicho. Yo fui restituido a mi puesto de copero, y el jefe de los panaderos fue ejecutado y atravesado con un poste».

14 El faraón mandó llamar a José de inmediato, y enseguida lo trajeron de la cárcel. Después de afeitarse y cambiarse de ropa, José se presentó ante el faraón.

15 Entonces el faraón le dijo:
—Anoche tuve un sueño, y nadie aquí puede decirme lo que significa; pero me enteré de que cuando tú oyes un sueño puedes interpretarlo.

16 —No está en mis manos el poder para hacerlo —respondió José—, pero Dios puede decirle lo que su sueño significa y darle tranquilidad.

17 Entonces el faraón le contó su sueño a José.
—En mi sueño —le dijo—, yo estaba de pie a la orilla del río Nilo
