21 Al día siguiente, ofrecieron sacrificios y holocaustos al SEÑOR por todo Israel: mil becerros, mil carneros y mil corderos, con sus respectivas libaciones, y numerosos sacrificios.

1 Chronicles 29:21

And they sacrificed sacrifices unto the Lord
David and the congregation:

and offered burnt offerings unto the Lord on the morrow after that day;
not having time enough on that day to perform, at least not all of them; and these they offered on the altar David had erected in the threshingfloor of Araunah, by the order of God, where afterwards the temple was built:

[even] a thousand bullocks, a thousand rams, and a thousand lambs, with
their burnt offerings;
and meat offerings also, both which always went along with them:

and sacrifices in abundance for all Israel;
whom they represented; these last were peace offerings, part of which the offerers had for themselves and friends to feast on, as these did, as follows.

19 Dale también a mi hijo Salomón un corazón íntegro, para que obedezca y ponga en práctica tus mandamientos, preceptos y leyes. Permítele construir el templo para el cual he hecho esta provisión».

20 Luego David animó a toda la asamblea: «¡Alaben al SEÑOR su Dios!» Entonces toda la asamblea alabó al SEÑOR, Dios de sus antepasados, y se inclinó ante el SEÑOR y ante el rey.

21 Al día siguiente, ofrecieron sacrificios y holocaustos al SEÑOR por todo Israel: mil becerros, mil carneros y mil corderos, con sus respectivas libaciones, y numerosos sacrificios.

22 Ese día comieron y bebieron con gran regocijo en presencia del SEÑOR.Luego, por segunda vez, proclamaron como rey a Salomón hijo de David, y lo consagraron ante el SEÑOR como rey, y a Sadoc lo ungieron como sacerdote.

23 Y Salomón sucedió en el trono del SEÑOR a su padre David, y tuvo éxito. Todo Israel le obedeció.
