18 «Ve a encontrarte con Acab, rey de Israel, que gobierna en Samaria. En este momento se encuentra en el viñedo de Nabot, tomando posesión del mismo.

1 Kings 21:18

Arise, go down to meet Ahab king of Israel, which is in
Samaria
Whose seat was there, his palace where he dwelt; and Benjamin of Tudela says ^F7, that in his time might be discerned in Samaria the palace of Ahab king of Israel, that is, some traces of it; some connect the last clause with Israel, as if the sense was, that Ahab was king over those tribes of Israel, of which Samaria was the head:

behold, [he is] in the vineyard of Naboth:
or "will be" by the time thou gettest thither; though the Arabic version is, he is "now" in the vineyard of Naboth:

whither he is gone down to possess it;
as if it was his legal inheritance.

16 Cuando Acab se enteró de que Nabot había muerto, fue a tomar posesión del viñedo.

17 Entonces la palabra del SEÑOR vino a Elías el tisbita y le dio este mensaje:

18 «Ve a encontrarte con Acab, rey de Israel, que gobierna en Samaria. En este momento se encuentra en el viñedo de Nabot, tomando posesión del mismo.

19 Dile que así dice el SEÑOR: “¿No has asesinado a un hombre, y encima te has adueñado de su propiedad?” Luego dile que así también dice el SEÑOR: “¡En el mismo lugar donde los perros lamieron la sangre de Nabot, lamerán también tu propia sangre!”»

20 Acab le respondió a Elías:—¡Mi enemigo! ¿Así que me has encontrado?—Sí —contestó Elías—, te he encontrado porque te has vendido para hacer lo que ofende al SEÑOR,
