16 Además del pecado que hizo cometer a Judá, haciendo así lo que ofende al SEÑOR, Manasés derramó tanta sangre inocente que inundó a Jerusalén de un extremo a otro.

2 Kings 21:16

Moreover, Manasseh shed innocent blood very much
Putting to death the prophets that reproved him and his people for their idolatries, and such who would not comply therewith; and it is commonly said, both by Jewish and Christian writers, that Isaiah was slain, and even sawn asunder by him, (See Gill on Hebrews 11:37),

till he had filled Jerusalem from one end to another;
a metaphor taken from filling a vessel brimful:

beside his sin wherewith he made Judah to sin, in doing that which was
evil in the sight of the Lord;
the sin of idolatry he drew them into, and even obliged them to commit.

14 Abandonaré al resto de mi heredad, entregando a mi pueblo en manos de sus enemigos, que lo saquearán y lo despojarán.

15 Porque los israelitas han hecho lo que me ofende, y desde el día en que sus antepasados salieron de Egipto hasta hoy me han provocado”».

16 Además del pecado que hizo cometer a Judá, haciendo así lo que ofende al SEÑOR, Manasés derramó tanta sangre inocente que inundó a Jerusalén de un extremo a otro.

17 Los demás acontecimientos del reinado de Manasés, y todo lo que hizo, incluso el pecado que cometió, están escritos en el libro de las crónicas de los reyes de Judá.

18 Manasés murió y fue sepultado en su palacio, en el jardín de Uza. Y su hijo Amón lo sucedió en el trono.
