Deuteronomy 31:30

And Moses spake in the ears of all the congregation of
Israel
Not in the hearing of the whole body of the people, and every individual thereof; no man could be able to speak to such a numerous congregation, as that they should hear him; but in the hearing of their heads and representatives, the elders of their tribes and officers, ordered to be gathered together for this purpose, ( Deuteronomy 31:28 ) ;

28 Reúnan ante mí a todos los ancianos y los líderes de sus tribus, para que yo pueda comunicarles estas palabras y las escuchen claramente. Pongo al cielo y a la tierra por testigos contra ustedes,

29 porque sé que después de mi muerte se pervertirán y se apartarán del camino que les he mostrado. En días venideros les sobrevendrán calamidades, porque harán lo que ofende al SEÑOR y con sus detestables actos provocarán su ira».
