Deuteronomy 4:44

And this is the law which Moses set before the children of
Israel.
] Not the law concerning the cities of refuge, but the law of the ten commands repeated in the following chapter; so Jarchi remarks,

``this which he should set in order after this section;''

as he does in the next chapter, where he repeats in order the ten precepts, and makes observations on the manner of the delivery of them, and urges obedience to them.

42 para que en alguna de ellas pudiera refugiarse el que, sin premeditaci贸n ni rencor alguno, hubiera matado a su pr贸jimo. De este modo tendr铆a a d贸nde huir para ponerse a salvo.
43 Para los rubenitas design贸 B茅ser en el desierto, en la planicie; para los gaditas, Ramot de Galaad; y para los manasesitas, Gol谩n de Bas谩n.
44 Esta es la ley que Mois茅s expuso a los israelitas.
45 Estos son los mandatos, preceptos y normas que Mois茅s les dict贸 despu茅s de que salieron de Egipto,
46 cuando todav铆a estaban al este del Jord谩n, en el valle cercano a Bet Peor. Era la tierra de Sij贸n, rey de los amorreos, que viv铆a en Hesb贸n y que hab铆a sido derrotado por Mois茅s y los israelitas cuando salieron de Egipto.
