Acts 23:22

So the chief captain then let the young man depart
After he had had the account from him, and was master of the whole affair:

and charged him, see thou tell no man that thou hast showed these
things to me;
which was prudently said; it was a right and wise thing to conceal this matter, that the men might go on with their designs, and an opportunity be taken to convey Paul away, before the time came fixed by them to execute them; for otherwise, should it have been known that their plot was discovered, they would have entered upon new measures.

20 鈥擫os jud铆os se han puesto de acuerdo para pedirle a usted que ma帽ana lleve a Pablo ante el Consejo con el pretexto de obtener informaci贸n m谩s precisa acerca de 茅l.
21 No se deje convencer, porque m谩s de cuarenta de ellos lo esperan emboscados. Han jurado bajo maldici贸n no comer ni beber hasta que hayan logrado matarlo. Ya est谩n listos; solo aguardan a que usted les conceda su petici贸n.
22 El comandante despidi贸 al joven con esta advertencia:鈥擭o le digas a nadie que me has informado de esto.
23 Entonces el comandante llam贸 a dos de sus centuriones y les orden贸:鈥擜listen un destacamento de doscientos soldados de infanter铆a, setenta de caballer铆a y doscientos lanceros para que vayan a Cesarea esta noche a las nueve.
24 Y preparen cabalgaduras para llevar a Pablo sano y salvo al gobernador F茅lix.
