Esdras 7:16

16 além de toda a prata e todo o ouro que você receber da província da Babilônia, como também as ofertas voluntárias do povo e dos sacerdotes para o templo do Deus deles em Jerusalém.

Ezra 7:16

And all the silver and gold that thou canst find in all the
province of Babylon
Not that he might take it wherever he found it, whether the owners of it were willing he should have it or not; but whatever was freely offered by them, as Jarchi, that he was allowed to take, whatever he could get in that way:

with the freewill offering of the people;
of the people of the Jews, who thought fit to continue in the province:

and of the priests, offering willingly for the house of their God which
is in Jerusalem;
those freewill offerings, whether of the natives of Babylon, or of any of the Jewish nation, for the service of the temple at Jerusalem, he had leave and a commission to carry with him.

Esdras 7:16 In-Context

14 Você está sendo enviado pelo rei e por seus sete conselheiros para fazer uma investigação em Judá e em Jerusalém com respeito à Lei do seu Deus, que está nas suas mãos.

15 Além disso, você levará a prata e o ouro que o rei e seus conselheiros voluntariamente ofereceram ao Deus de Israel, cuja habitação está em Jerusalém,

16 além de toda a prata e todo o ouro que você receber da província da Babilônia, como também as ofertas voluntárias do povo e dos sacerdotes para o templo do Deus deles em Jerusalém.

17 Com esse dinheiro compre novilhos, carneiros, cordeiros e o que for necessário para as suas ofertas de cereal e de bebida, e sacrifique-os no altar do templo do seu Deus em Jerusalém.

18 “Você e seus irmãos poderão fazer o que acharem melhor com o restante da prata e do ouro, de acordo com a vontade do seu Deus.
