1 Issachar's family: Tola, Puah, Jashub, and Shimron—four in all.

The sons of Issachar were Tola, Puah, Jashub, and Shimron - four sons.
2 Tola's family: Uzzi, Rephaiah, Jeriel, Jahmai, Ibsam, and Shemuel—the heads of their households in Tola's line, mighty warriors of their generations. In David's time they numbered 22,600.

The sons of Tola were Uzzi, Rephaiah, Jeriel, Jahmai, Ibsam, and Samuel - the chiefs of their families. During David's reign, the Tola family counted 22,600 warriors in their lineage.
3 Uzzi's family: Izrahiah; and Izrahiah's family—Michael, Obadiah, Joel, and Isshiah—five in all, and all of them leaders.
