1 Peter 4:7-11

KJV 7 But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer. NIV 7 The end of all things is near. Therefore be alert and of sober mind so that you may pray. KJV 8 And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins. NIV 8 Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins. KJV 9 Use hospitality one to another without grudging. NIV 9 Offer hospitality to one another without grumbling. KJV 10 As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. NIV 10 Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. KJV 11 If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles of God; if any man minister, let him do it as of the ability which God giveth: that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion for ever and ever. Amen. NIV 11 If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen.
