NIV 60 The descendants of Delaiah, Tobiah and Nekoda 652 DBY 61 And of the children of the priests: the children of Habaiah, the children of Koz, the children of Barzillai; who took a wife of the daughters of Barzillai the Gileadite, and was called after their name. NIV 61 And from among the priests: The descendants of Hobaiah, Hakkoz and Barzillai (a man who had married a daughter of Barzillai the Gileadite and was called by that name). DBY 62 These sought their genealogical register, but they were not found; therefore were they, as polluted, removed from the priesthood. NIV 62 These searched for their family records, but they could not find them and so were excluded from the priesthood as unclean. DBY 63 And the Tirshatha said to them that they should not eat of the most holy things, till there stood up a priest with Urim and with Thummim. NIV 63 The governor ordered them not to eat any of the most sacred food until there was a priest ministering with the Urim and Thummim. DBY 64 The whole congregation together was forty-two thousand three hundred and sixty, NIV 64 The whole company numbered 42,360, DBY 65 besides their servants and their maids, of whom there were seven thousand three hundred and thirty-seven; and they had two hundred singing men and singing women. NIV 65 besides their 7,337 male and female slaves; and they also had 200 male and female singers. DBY 66 Their horses were seven hundred and thirty-six; their mules two hundred and forty-five; NIV 66 They had 736 horses, 245 mules, DBY 67 their camels four hundred and thirty-five; the asses six thousand seven hundred and twenty. NIV 67 435 camels and 6,720 donkeys. DBY 68 And some of the chief fathers, when they came to the house of Jehovah which is at Jerusalem, offered freely for the house of God to set it up in its place. NIV 68 When they arrived at the house of the LORD in Jerusalem, some of the heads of the families gave freewill offerings toward the rebuilding of the house of God on its site. DBY 69 They gave after their ability to the treasure of the work sixty-one thousand darics of gold, and five thousand pounds of silver, and one hundred priests' coats. NIV 69 According to their ability they gave to the treasury for this work 61,000 darics of gold, 5,000 minas of silver and 100 priestly garments. DBY 70 And the priests, and the Levites, and [some] of the people, and the singers, and the doorkeepers, and the Nethinim dwelt in their cities, and all Israel in their cities. NIV 70 The priests, the Levites, the musicians, the gatekeepers and the temple servants settled in their own towns, along with some of the other people, and the rest of the Israelites settled in their towns.
