JUB 1 And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying, NIV 1 The LORD said to Moses, JUB 2 Take Aaron and his sons with him and the garments and the anointing oil and the bullock for the sin and the two rams and the basket of unleavened bread NIV 2 “Bring Aaron and his sons, their garments, the anointing oil, the bull for the sin offering, the two rams and the basket containing bread made without yeast, JUB 3 and gather all the congregation together at the door of the tabernacle of the testimony. NIV 3 and gather the entire assembly at the entrance to the tent of meeting.” JUB 4 And Moses did as the LORD commanded him, and the congregation was gathered together unto the door of the tabernacle of the testimony. NIV 4 Moses did as the LORD commanded him, and the assembly gathered at the entrance to the tent of meeting. JUB 5 And Moses said unto the congregation, This is what the LORD has commanded to be done. NIV 5 Moses said to the assembly, “This is what the LORD has commanded to be done.” JUB 6 Then Moses brought Aaron and his sons and washed them with water. NIV 6 Then Moses brought Aaron and his sons forward and washed them with water. JUB 7 And he put upon him the coat and girded him with the girdle and then clothed him with the robe and put the ephod upon him, and he girded him with the special girdle of the ephod and bound it unto him therewith. NIV 7 He put the tunic on Aaron, tied the sash around him, clothed him with the robe and put the ephod on him. He also fastened the ephod with a decorative waistband, which he tied around him. JUB 8 Then he put the pectoral upon him, and he put in the pectoral the Urim and the Thummim. NIV 8 He placed the breastpiece on him and put the Urim and Thummim in the breastpiece. JUB 9 After that he put the mitre upon his head; also upon the mitre, even upon his forefront, he put the open flower of gold, the crown of holiness, as the LORD had commanded Moses. NIV 9 Then he placed the turban on Aaron’s head and set the gold plate, the sacred emblem, on the front of it, as the LORD commanded Moses. JUB 10 And Moses took the anointing oil and anointed the tabernacle and all the things that were therein and sanctified them. NIV 10 Then Moses took the anointing oil and anointed the tabernacle and everything in it, and so consecrated them. JUB 11 And he sprinkled thereof upon the altar seven times and anointed the altar and all its vessels, and the laver and its base, to sanctify them. NIV 11 He sprinkled some of the oil on the altar seven times, anointing the altar and all its utensils and the basin with its stand, to consecrate them. JUB 12 And he poured of the anointing oil upon Aaron’s head and anointed him, to sanctify him. NIV 12 He poured some of the anointing oil on Aaron’s head and anointed him to consecrate him. JUB 13 Then Moses brought Aaron’s sons and put coats upon them and girded them with girdles and put tiaras upon them, as the LORD had commanded Moses. NIV 13 Then he brought Aaron’s sons forward, put tunics on them, tied sashes around them and fastened caps on them, as the LORD commanded Moses. JUB 14 Next he brought the bullock of the sin, and Aaron and his sons laid their hands upon the head of the bullock of the sin, NIV 14 He then presented the bull for the sin offering, and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on its head. JUB 15 and he slew it; and Moses took the blood and put it upon the horns of the altar round about with his finger and removed the sin from the altar and poured the remaining blood at the bottom of the altar and sanctified it, to make reconciliation upon it. NIV 15 Moses slaughtered the bull and took some of the blood, and with his finger he put it on all the horns of the altar to purify the altar. He poured out the rest of the blood at the base of the altar. So he consecrated it to make atonement for it. JUB 16 After that he took all the fat that was upon the intestines and the caul above the liver and the two kidneys, and their fat, and Moses incensed it upon the altar. NIV 16 Moses also took all the fat around the internal organs, the long lobe of the liver, and both kidneys and their fat, and burned it on the altar. JUB 17 But the bullock and its hide, its flesh, and its dung, he burnt with fire outside the camp, as the LORD had commanded Moses. NIV 17 But the bull with its hide and its flesh and its intestines he burned up outside the camp, as the LORD commanded Moses. JUB 18 After that, he brought the ram of the burnt offering, and Aaron and his sons laid their hands upon the head of the ram, NIV 18 He then presented the ram for the burnt offering, and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on its head. JUB 19 and he killed it; and Moses sprinkled the blood upon the altar round about. NIV 19 Then Moses slaughtered the ram and splashed the blood against the sides of the altar. JUB 20 And he cut the ram into pieces, and Moses incensed the head and the pieces and the fat. NIV 20 He cut the ram into pieces and burned the head, the pieces and the fat. JUB 21 Then he washed the intestines and the legs in water, and Moses burnt the whole ram upon the altar; it was a burnt sacrifice in a very acceptable aroma, an offering on fire unto the LORD, as the LORD had commanded Moses. NIV 21 He washed the internal organs and the legs with water and burned the whole ram on the altar. It was a burnt offering, a pleasing aroma, a food offering presented to the LORD, as the LORD commanded Moses. JUB 22 After that, he brought the other ram, the ram of the consecrations, and Aaron and his sons laid their hands upon the head of the ram, NIV 22 He then presented the other ram, the ram for the ordination, and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on its head. JUB 23 and he slew it; and Moses took of the blood of it and put it upon the tip of Aaron’s right ear and upon the thumb of his right hand and upon the great toe of his right foot. NIV 23 Moses slaughtered the ram and took some of its blood and put it on the lobe of Aaron’s right ear, on the thumb of his right hand and on the big toe of his right foot. JUB 24 And he brought Aaron’s sons, and Moses put of the blood upon the tip of their right ears and upon the thumbs of their right hands and upon the great toes of their right feet; and Moses sprinkled the blood upon the altar round about; NIV 24 Moses also brought Aaron’s sons forward and put some of the blood on the lobes of their right ears, on the thumbs of their right hands and on the big toes of their right feet. Then he splashed blood against the sides of the altar. JUB 25 and after that, he took the fat and the tail, and all the fat that was upon the intestines and the caul above the liver, and the two kidneys and their fat and the right shoulder; NIV 25 After that, he took the fat, the fat tail, all the fat around the internal organs, the long lobe of the liver, both kidneys and their fat and the right thigh. JUB 26 and out of the basket of unleavened bread that was before the LORD he took one unleavened cake and a cake of oiled bread and one wafer and put them with the fat and with the right shoulder; NIV 26 And from the basket of bread made without yeast, which was before the LORD, he took one thick loaf, one thick loaf with olive oil mixed in, and one thin loaf, and he put these on the fat portions and on the right thigh. JUB 27 and he put all of it in Aaron’s hands and in his sons’ hands and caused them to be waved for a wave offering before the LORD. NIV 27 He put all these in the hands of Aaron and his sons, and they waved them before the LORD as a wave offering. JUB 28 After that Moses took them from their hands and incensed them on the altar upon the burnt offering; they are the consecrations in a very acceptable aroma, an offering on fire unto the LORD. NIV 28 Then Moses took them from their hands and burned them on the altar on top of the burnt offering as an ordination offering, a pleasing aroma, a food offering presented to the LORD. JUB 29 And Moses took the breast and waved it for a wave offering before the LORD; for of the ram of the consecrations this was Moses’ part, as the LORD had commanded Moses. NIV 29 Moses also took the breast, which was his share of the ordination ram, and waved it before the LORD as a wave offering, as the LORD commanded Moses. JUB 30 Then Moses took of the anointing oil and of the blood which was upon the altar and sprinkled it upon Aaron and upon his garments and upon his sons and upon his sons’ garments with him and sanctified Aaron and his garments, and his sons and his sons’ garments with him. NIV 30 Then Moses took some of the anointing oil and some of the blood from the altar and sprinkled them on Aaron and his garments and on his sons and their garments. So he consecrated Aaron and his garments and his sons and their garments. JUB 31 And Moses said unto Aaron and to his sons, Cook the flesh at the door of the tabernacle of the testimony, and eat it there with the bread that is in the basket of the consecrations, as I have commanded, saying, Aaron and his sons shall eat it. NIV 31 Moses then said to Aaron and his sons, “Cook the meat at the entrance to the tent of meeting and eat it there with the bread from the basket of ordination offerings, as I was commanded: ‘Aaron and his sons are to eat it.’ JUB 32 And that which remains of the flesh and of the bread ye shall burn with fire. NIV 32 Then burn up the rest of the meat and the bread. JUB 33 And ye shall not go out of the door of the tabernacle of the testimony in seven days, until the day that the days of your consecration are fulfilled; because for seven days ye shall be consecrated. NIV 33 Do not leave the entrance to the tent of meeting for seven days, until the days of your ordination are completed, for your ordination will last seven days. JUB 34 As has been done this day, so the LORD has commanded to do, to reconcile you. NIV 34 What has been done today was commanded by the LORD to make atonement for you. JUB 35 Therefore shall ye abide at the door of the tabernacle of the testimony day and night for seven days and keep the charge of the LORD, that ye die not; for so I am commanded. NIV 35 You must stay at the entrance to the tent of meeting day and night for seven days and do what the LORD requires, so you will not die; for that is what I have been commanded.” JUB 36 So Aaron and his sons did all things which the LORD commanded by the hand of Moses. NIV 36 So Aaron and his sons did everything the LORD commanded through Moses.
