CEB 5 How awesome are your works, LORD! Your thoughts are so deep! NRS 5 How great are your works, O Lord! Your thoughts are very deep! CEB 6 Ignorant people don't know— fools don't understand this: NRS 6 The dullard cannot know, the stupid cannot understand this: CEB 7 though the wicked spring up like grass and all evildoers seem to blossom, they do so only to be destroyed forever. NRS 10 But you have exalted my horn like that of the wild ox; you have poured over me fresh oil. CEB 11 My eyes have seen my enemies' defeat; my ears have heard the downfall of my evil foes. NRS 11 My eyes have seen the downfall of my enemies; my ears have heard the doom of my evil assailants. CEB 12 The righteous will spring up like a palm tree. They will grow strong like a cedar of Lebanon. NRS 12 The righteous flourish like the palm tree, and grow like a cedar in Lebanon. CEB 13 Those who have been replanted in the LORD's house will spring up in the courtyards of our God. NRS 13 They are planted in the house of the Lord; they flourish in the courts of our God. CEB 14 They will bear fruit even when old and gray; they will remain lush and fresh NRS 14 In old age they still produce fruit; they are always green and full of sap, CEB 15 in order to proclaim: "The LORD is righteous. He's my rock. There's nothing unrighteous in him." NRS 15 showing that the Lord is upright; he is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in him.
