Philippians 3:12-21

TMBA 12 It is not as though I had already attained it, nor were already perfect; but I follow after, that I may apprehend that for which Christ Jesus also apprehended me. NIV 12 Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already arrived at my goal, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me. TMBA 13 Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended it, but this one thing I do: forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, NIV 13 Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, TMBA 14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. NIV 14 I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus. TMBA 15 Let us therefore, as many as would be perfect, be thus minded; and if in anything ye be otherwise minded, God shall reveal even this unto you. NIV 15 All of us, then, who are mature should take such a view of things. And if on some point you think differently, that too God will make clear to you. TMBA 16 Nevertheless, however much we have already attained, let us walk by the same rule, let us mind the same thing. NIV 16 Only let us live up to what we have already attained. TMBA 17 Brethren, be followers together of me, and mark those who so walk, as ye have us for an example. NIV 17 Join together in following my example, brothers and sisters, and just as you have us as a model, keep your eyes on those who live as we do. TMBA 18 (For many walk, of whom I have told you often and now tell you even with weeping, as the enemies of the cross of Christ. NIV 18 For, as I have often told you before and now tell you again even with tears, many live as enemies of the cross of Christ. TMBA 19 Their end is destruction, their God is their belly, and their glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.) NIV 19 Their destiny is destruction, their god is their stomach, and their glory is in their shame. Their mind is set on earthly things. TMBA 20 For our abiding is in Heaven, from whence also we look for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, NIV 20 But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ, TMBA 21 who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto His glorious body, according to the working whereby He is able even to subdue all things unto Himself. NIV 21 who, by the power that enables him to bring everything under his control, will transform our lowly bodies so that they will be like his glorious body.
