Psalm 131

NIV

WEB

1 My heart is not proud, LORD, my eyes are not haughty; I do not concern myself with great matters or things too wonderful for me.
1 <<A Song of Ascents. By David.>> Yahweh, my heart isn't haughty, nor my eyes lofty; Neither do I concern myself with great matters, Or things too wonderful for me.
2 But I have calmed and quieted myself, I am like a weaned child with its mother; like a weaned child I am content.
2 Surely I have stilled and quieted my soul, Like a weaned child with his mother, Like a weaned child is my soul within me.
3 Israel, put your hope in the LORD both now and forevermore.
3 Israel, hope in Yahweh, From this time forth and forevermore.
