Luke 6:45

A good man out of the good treasure of his heart
This, because of its suitableness and agreement with what goes before, is placed by Luke here; though, according to Matthew, it was spoken at another time and place, unless it should be a repetition there; (See Gill on Matthew 12:35)

for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.
The Vulgate Latin, Arabic, Ethiopic, Syriac, and Persic versions, leave out the word "his"; and the two latter read "lips", instead of "mouth"; (See Gill on Matthew 12:34).

43 Non v’è infatti albero buono che faccia frutto cattivo, né v’è albero cattivo che faccia frutto buono;
44 poiché ogni albero si riconosce dal suo proprio frutto; perché non si colgon fichi dalle spine, ne si vendemmia uva dal pruno.
45 L’uomo buono dal buon tesoro del suo cuore reca fuori il bene; e l’uomo malvagio, dal malvagio tesoro reca fuori il male; poiché dall’abbondanza del cuore parla la sua bocca.
46 Perché mi chiamate Signore, Signore, e non fate quel che dico?
47 Chiunque viene a me ed ascolta le mie parole e le mette in pratica, io vi mostrerò a chi somiglia.
