Acts 13:37

But he whom God raised again
The Vulgate Latin version adds, "from the dead"; meaning the Lord Jesus Christ, who was raised from the dead by God the Father: and

saw no corruption;
he did not lie so long in the grave as to corrupt and putrefy, but was raised from the dead the third day; wherefore the passage, before cited, is very applicable to him, and is a clear proof that the Messiah was to rise from the dead, as Jesus did.

35 Por eso dice tambi茅n en otro lugar: No permitir谩s que tu Santo vea corrupci贸n.
36 Porque 谩 la verdad David, habiendo servido en su edad 谩 la voluntad de Dios, durmi贸, y fu茅 juntado con sus padres, y vi贸 corrupci贸n.
37 Mas aquel que Dios levant贸, no vi贸 corrupci贸n.
38 S茅aos pues notorio, varones hermanos, que por 茅ste os es anunciada remisi贸n de pecados,
39 Y de todo lo que por la ley de Mois茅s no pudisteis ser justificados, en 茅ste es justificado todo aquel que creyere.
