20 Y sentándose sobre un asno, descendió por una parte secreta del monte, y he aquí David y los suyos que venían frente a ella, y ella los encontró.

1 Samuel 25:20

And it was [so, as] she rode on the ass
After her servants:

that she came down, by the covert of the hill;
by the side of it, which was covered with bushes, and she rode among them, in a way that led through them, and so was not seen by David and his men; or by the shadow of the hill, toward the bottom of it, where by reason of that, and the opposite hill, it was darkish, and they could not see each other:

and, behold, David and his men came down against her;
came down a hill opposite to that she came down:

and she met them;
in the valley between two hills.

18 Entonces Abigail tomó luego doscientos panes, y dos cueros de vino, y cinco ovejas guisadas, y cinco medidas de harina tostada, y cien hilos de uvas pasas, y doscientos panes de higos secos, y lo cargó en asnos;

19 y dijo a sus criados: Id delante de mí, que yo os seguiré luego. Y nada declaró a su marido Nabal.

20 Y sentándose sobre un asno, descendió por una parte secreta del monte, y he aquí David y los suyos que venían frente a ella, y ella los encontró.

21 Y David había dicho: Ciertamente en vano he guardado todo lo que éste tiene en el desierto, sin que nada le haya faltado de todo cuanto es suyo; y él me ha vuelto mal por bien.

22 Así haga Dios, y así añada a los enemigos de David, que de aquí a mañana no he de dejar de todo lo que fuere suyo ni aun meante a la pared.
