Isaiah 38:2

Then Hezekiah turned his face to the wall
Not figuratively to the wall of his heart, as Jerom; but literally, either to the wall of his bedchamber where he lay sick, that his tears might not be seen, and his prayers interrupted, and that he might deliver them with more privacy, freedom, and fervency; or else to the wall of the temple, as the Targum, towards which good men used to look when they prayed, ( 1 Kings 8:38 ) ( Daniel 6:10 ) , which was a type of Christ, to whom we should have respect in all our petitions, as being the only Mediator between God and man: and prayed unto the Lord; as follows:

1 En aquellos dĆ­as cayó EzequĆ­as enfermo para morir; y vino a Ć©l IsaĆ­as Profeta, hijo de Amoz, y le dijo: El SEƑOR dice asĆ­: Ordena tu casa, porque tĆŗ morirĆ”s, y no vivirĆ”s.
2 Entonces volvió EzequĆ­as su rostro a la pared, e hizo oración al SEƑOR.
3 Y dijo: Oh SEƑOR, te ruego te acuerdes ahora que he andado delante de ti en verdad y con Ć­ntegro corazón; y que he hecho lo que ha sido agradable delante de tus ojos. Y lloró EzequĆ­as con gran lloro.
4 Entonces vino palabra del SEƑOR a Isaƭas, diciendo:
5 Ve, y di a EzequĆ­as: El SEƑOR Dios de David tu padre dice asĆ­: Tu oración he oĆ­do, y tus lĆ”grimas he visto; he aquĆ­ que yo aƱado a tus dĆ­as quince aƱos.
