18 And as they sate at borde and ate Iesus sayde: Verely I saye vnto you: that one of you shall betraye me which eateth with me.

And as they sat and did eat
Or "as they lay along"; for such was their posture at the eating of the passover; (See Gill on Matthew 26:20):

Jesus said, verily I say unto you, one of you which eateth with me
shall betray me; (See Gill on Matthew 26:21).

20 He answered and sayde vnto them: It ys one of the .xii. and the same deppeth with me in the platter.
