Luke 23:10

And the chief priests and Scribes
The sanhedrim that followed him from Pilate's hall, to Herod's palace; fearing, lest Herod should be disposed to let him go, should he gratify him by working a miracle: stood;
before Herod; so witnesses, and accusers, used to do; (See Gill on Mark 14:57) and vehemently accused him;
of the same things they had accused him before Pilate, with great bitterness and constancy, increasing, and aggravating the charges against him.

9 interrogabat autem illum multis sermonibus at ipse nihil illi respondebat
10 stabant etiam principes sacerdotum et scribae constanter accusantes eum
11 sprevit autem illum Herodes cum exercitu suo et inlusit indutum veste alba et remisit ad Pilatum
12 et facti sunt amici Herodes et Pilatus in ipsa die nam antea inimici erant ad invicem
