They slay the widow3 and the alien; they murder the fatherless.4

They say, "The LORD does not see;5 the God of Jacob6 pays no heed."

Take heed, you senseless ones7 among the people; you fools, when will you become wise?

Does he who implanted the ear not hear? Does he who formed the eye not see?8
