No longer will the 1fool be called noble, Or the rogue be spoken of as generous.

For a fool speaks nonsense, And his heart a2inclines toward wickedness : To practice 3ungodliness and to speak error against the LORD, To b4keep the hungry person unsatisfied And cto withhold drink from the thirsty.

As for a rogue, his weapons are evil ; He 5devises wicked schemes To 6destroy the afflicted with dslander , 7Even though the needy one speaks ewhat is right.

But 8the noble man devises noble plans ; And by noble plans he stands.
