18 Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken , So shall thy seed be . 5 For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection: 9 For this is the word of promise, At this time will I come , and Sara shall have a son. 26 And it shall come to pass , that in the place where it was said unto them, Ye are not my people; there shall they be called the children of the living God. 12 And again, Esaias saith , There shall be a root of Jesse, and he that shall rise to reign over the Gentiles; in him shall the Gentiles trust .
