And the angeltook the censer,andfilleditwithfire of the altar,andcast it into the earth:and there werevoices,andthunderings,andlightnings,and an earthquake.

The firstangelsounded, and there followedhailandfiremingled with blood,and they were castupon the earth:and the third part of trees was burnt up, andallgreengrass was burnt up.

And the thirdangelsounded, and there fell a greatstarfromheaven,burning as it were a lamp,and it fellupon the third part of the rivers,andupon the fountains of waters;

And the name of the star is calledWormwood:and the third part of the watersbecame*wormwood;andmanymendiedof the waters,because they were made bitter.

And the fourthangelsounded, and the third part of the sun was smitten, and the third part of the moon,and the third part of the stars; so as the third part of them was darkened, and the dayshonenot for a third part of it,and the nightlikewise.

And I beheld, andheardanangelflyingthrough the midst of heaven,saying with a loudvoice,Woe,woe,woe, to the inhabitersof the earth by reason of the othervoices of the trumpet of the threeangels,which are yet to sound!

And he opened the bottomlesspit;and there arose a smoke out of the pit,as the smoke of a greatfurnace;and the sunand the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit.

And it was commandedthemthat they shouldnothurt the grass of the earth,neitherany green thing,neitheranytree;butonly those menwhichhavenot the seal of Godintheirforeheads.

And to them it was giventhat they shouldnotkillthem,butthat they should be tormentedfivemonths:andtheirtorment was as the torment of a scorpion,when he striketh a man.

And the shapes of the locusts were like unto horsesprepareduntobattle;andontheirheads were as it werecrownslikegold,andtheirfaces were as the faces of men.

And they had a kingoverthem, which is the angel of the bottomless pit,whosename in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon,butin the Greek tonguehath his nameApollyon.

Andthus I saw the horsesin the vision,and them that satonthem,havingbreastplates of fire,and of jacinth,andbrimstone:and the heads of the horses were as the heads of lions;and out oftheirmouthsissuedfireandsmokeandbrimstone.

And the rest of the menwhichwerenotkilledbytheseplaguesyetrepentednotof the works of theirhands,that they shouldnotworshipdevils,andidols of gold,andsilver,andbrass,andstone,and of wood:whichneithercansee, norhear, norwalk:
