Isaiah 11:4-14 NIV

4 but with righteousness1 he will judge the needy,2 with justice3 he will give decisions for the poor4 of the earth. He will strike5 the earth with the rod of his mouth;6 with the breath7 of his lips he will slay the wicked.8
