3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;
5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;

13 For they that have used the office of a deacon well purchase to themselves a good degree, and great boldness in the faith which is in Christ Jesus.

4 But if any widow have children or nephews, let them learn first to shew piety at home , and to requite their parents: for that is good and acceptable before God.
11 But the younger widows refuse : for when they have begun to wax wanton against Christ, they will marry ;
15 For some are already turned aside after Satan.
18 For the scripture saith , Thou shalt not muzzle the ox that treadeth out the corn . And, The labourer is worthy of his reward.
7 For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out .
10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after , they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
