Jesus Before Pilate

15:2-15pp -- Mt 27:11-26; Lk 23:2,3,18-25; Jn 18:29-19:16

1 Very early in the morning, the chief priests, with the elders, the teachers of the law1 and the whole Sanhedrin,2 reached a decision. They bound Jesus, led him away and handed him over to Pilate.3

2 "Are you the king of the Jews?"4 asked Pilate. "Yes, it is as you say," Jesus replied.
